Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: No, delivery charges are based on the town.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes. Please call our office for a current quote.

Q: When do you set up?

A: Normally in the morning but delivery times vary based on the number of deliveries we have on that day.

If you have a special delivery request, please contact us.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash, check or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Once the sign is made we do not give refunds.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: All orders must be paid in full on or before delivery.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: Primarily grass. If you would like us to set up on something other then grass, please let us know ahead of time.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
